I love BodyTech’s intelligent approach to exercise, shorter, harder, fewer workouts definitely works for me.

Sport has always played a big part in my life, especially tennis and skiing. Both sports are physically demanding, more so now that I’m in my 40’s. Joining BodyTech in 2003 wasn’t actually my idea, the membership was a gift from my wife. Sarah was already a member (a BodyTech Raving Fan) she believed BodyTech’s personalised systems would suit me down to the ground, she was right.

Friends of mine have often said that they don’t like gyms, a common reason – once they’ve signed you up and taken your money you’re on your own. It’s the opposite at BodyTech. You’re not just another number, staff actually do care about you, they make a point of remembering your name, they want to know your goals, and your injury history.
Regardless of your workout (circuit or free weights) there’s always staff ready to help you. Highly qualified trainers set your machines, check your technique, motivate you to do better every time you visit the gym.

I have been fortunate to work with several Personal Trainers occasionally over the years, these guys are the crème de la crème, professional and unbelievably motivational (heads up to Chris and Jonas). I can still foot it with guys 20 years younger than me on the tennis court, I have to thank these trainers for this ability.

Most people think I spend hours and hours lifting weights at the gym, people are always surprised to learn I just work out 30- 45 minutes, 3 times a week. I love BodyTech’s intelligent approach to exercise, shorter, harder, fewer workouts definitely works for me.
