With physical strength comes a feeling of inner strength and confidence.

Three years ago I was an out of shape and stressed out mother of three young children. I was going through a difficult time personally and my life was hectic, I felt I was stuck in a rut. I made the decision that I needed to do something for myself. As someone who had forged notes at school to get out of P.E. I was pushing boundaries just walking though BodyTech’s door, but it was the best thing I ever did! I started off with a trainer on the six week Fat to Muscle Programme and the results I achieved spurred me on to continue training. I also started boxing which was fantastic for stress levels! I would literally float out of the gym feeling serene and at peace with the world! I am now completely hooked on resistance training and pushing my limits and I love the sense of achievement after a tough workout. Of course there are still days when I would love to have a note to get out of a Personal Training session but I have learned to focus on how great I will feel afterwards. With physical strength I think comes a feeling of inner strength and confidence which spills over into everyday life. I know I have reaped the benefits.
