Having been on the other side of 30 for a few years now, I’m not looking for the latest fitness craze to frantically follow and then forget.
I’m looking for healthy living patterns that are effective and sustainable. BodyTech has provided that, with programmes that can change as my ability and my timetable dictate. In my previous job as a medical doctor, I have seen first-hand the devastating results of people who failed to find a life balance that included regular exercise. The tragedy is that such a balance isn’t hard to find – 90 minutes a week can make all the difference (just 2-3 gym visits a week).
Now as a college dean, I am determined that our students learn the importance of finding that equilibrium. The BodyTech staff have been brilliant at inspiring them to do that – even coming on-site to hold tutorials and fitness sessions for all shapes and sizes.
